Terms & Conditions

Jastipers must list product details, original price, and service fee (jastip) transparently before the Buyer makes a payment.

Buyers must pay through the system available on Laravel. Funds are held by the system and only released to the Jastiper after the Buyer confirms receipt of goods as ordered.

Order cancellation is only allowed before the Jastiper purchases the goods. Once purchased, the order cannot be cancelled for any reason.

Laravel acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or damage of goods purchased by a Jastiper from third parties (stores/merchants).

Users are strictly prohibited from entrusting or offering goods that violate the law, including but not limited to narcotics, sharp weapons, smuggled goods, or other illegal items.

Any transactions conducted outside the Laravel platform are not our responsibility, and users fully bear the risk of fraud or loss that may occur.
