5. Data in the Jastip Transaction Flow

How data is used from ordering through transaction completion.

Here is how your data is used at each stage of a transaction on Laravel:

🛒 Ordering

Your shipping address and contact data are used by the Jastiper to prepare the order. Only transaction-relevant data is shared.

đŸ’ŗ Payment

Payment data is processed through our payment gateway partner, Xendit. Laravel does not store credit/debit card information directly.

đŸ“Ļ Shipping

Your name and shipping address are forwarded to the relevant logistics partner for package delivery. Shipping is handled through J&T.

✅ Completion & Reviews

After an order is completed, you may leave a review for the Jastiper. Your identity (username) will be shown publicly with your review on the Jastiper shop page.

❌ Order Cancellation

When an order is cancelled, the cancellation reason is recorded and may be viewed by both parties (Buyer and Jastiper). If payment has already been made, funds are automatically returned to the Buyer's Fetchpy Pay.

↊ī¸ Returns / Product Returns

If the item you received is damaged, incorrect, or has another issue that meets our policy criteria, you may request a return through the Help Center in the Laravel app. Requests are reviewed based on order condition, supporting evidence, and applicable Jastiper and platform policies.
